ITINERARY
Day 1: Negombo
- Arrive in Negombo, known for its vibrant coastal life and the Muthurajawela Wetlands.
- Explore the Negombo Lagoon for bird watching, home to numerous species including herons, egrets, and kingfishers.
- Enjoy a relaxing evening by the beach and the local seafood delicacies.
- Overnight stay in a hotel in Negombo
Day 2: Anuradhapura
- Travel to Anuradhapura, the ancient capital of Sri Lanka.
- Visit the UNESCO Cultural Sites: ancient stupas, the Sacred Bodhi Tree, and well-preserved ruins.
- Overnight Stay: Waters Edge, Anuradhapura.
Days 3 & 4: Sigiriya
- Head to Sigiriya and climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress or explore Pidurangala Rock for panoramic views.
